Well since this is my blog, I can do what I want...ie, start over 36 1/3 times if I really want to. So once more into the breach...I think that starting tomorrow (because it's late at night) I will cut down sweets for the next 20 days. So the goal will be to have less sweets, not no sweets, because it doesn't seem to work to go cold turkey. However something needs to be done, because I think I may have put on a little weight, and so that means I've been eating way too many sweets.
So no more than 1 of the following each day - a day being from wake up to sleepy time again. And nothing after 10 pm at all. So 1 of the following each day, 1 ice cream novelty (ie drumstick, or klondike bar), 1 small glass bowl of ice cream (about a handful size), or 1 regular size candy bar.
I think this is an attainable goal that I can work with, and then we will see where we go from there. wally out!
